Originally from Cardiff, UK. Zak is a former contracted rugby player and international-level track athlete who has been devoted to health and fitness from a very young age.
The spark for personal training came from coaching his friends at the age of 16. After falling in love with seeing those around him grow and develop in confidence, he decided to take his craft professionally.
Whilst being involved in the fitness industry for over 7+ years, he earned his L2 and L3 certifications and moved to the States to focus on his passion for personal training.
Zak strives to help his clients achieve their full physical potential, and understands the road to your “best self” isn’t always smooth. Whether you want to develop strength, power, endurance, or speed, he will get you there.
