Michael is a NASM certified trainer, and also holds certifications in several other modalities including Yoga, P90X, Boxing, and Gymnastics, and is a Breatheology Master-Trainer. Michael holds a 2nd-degree black belt in mixed martial arts and has taught not only martial arts, but also parkour, gymnastics, group fitness, and power tumbling. 

In addition to his fitness training, he has spent several years as a glacier and kayaking guide in Alaska and Canada. Michael’s desire is to help people understand that connection to one’s true-self or others, to nature or to the present moment, is what enables progress and fosters happiness.
