Rachel’s passion for fitness and movement started when she was young – she started playing softball when she was 5 and continued playing competitively for 14 years until she broke her ankle. Because of her injury, she coupled her love for strength training with yoga to help with mobility, flexibility, and pain management. Rachel is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor having completed a 200-hour Holistic Yoga Flow training. Rachel implements a holistic approach to physically challenging vinyasa flow classes, focusing on smart sequencing, safe alignment, and the breath. Her experience teaching yoga brings a unique take on personal training and strength training, and she loves working with people to help them move towards a healthier lifestyle, both physically and mentally.
