While training for the LA marathon this year I started having pretty significant knee pain because I took a hiatus from weight training and had imbalanced leg muscle strength. If I could give Sweat 60 100 stars, I would. I have known Kevin for 3 1/2 years and he is a top-notch trainer who knows how to kick your butt but make it seem like a fun party. Cheesy, but true. While training for the LA marathon this year I started having pretty significant knee pain because I took a hiatus from weight training and had imbalanced leg muscle strength. Desperately realizing I needed to make some fast changes or drop out of the marathon training, I made the commitment to start hitting Sweat 60 at least 4 times/week. Kevin’s training – and his modifications when needed – completely halted the progression of my knee pain and literally got me through race day pain-free.
