Kevin’s passion for health and fitness derives from the success of his clients reaching their personal goals. This extends beyond physical fitness to helping people reach their full potential and improving their quality of life.
He is a former Division 1 athlete, holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport and Science, a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is considered one of the top performance and weight loss specialists in the Los Angeles area.

Fitness has been a huge part of her life starting at the age of 5 with dance and gymnastics. She is a Certified personal trainer and coach with over 10 years of experience. Her certifications are in personal training, Crossfit, USAW, and yoga. She loves seeing people transform mentally, physically and spiritually. Her passion for fitness helps motivate and transform people into the best versions of themselves.

Jordan’s passion for health and fitness stems from his dedication to helping people build lasting strength and achieve their personal goals. With a background in Pre-Physical Therapy and Sport Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, Jordan brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and hands-on experience to his coaching.
Recognized by LAWeekly as a top fitness influencer, Jordan is known for his effective coaching and commitment to client success. He applies his comprehensive understanding of human movement to create personalized, results-driven training programs.
Ja'Maal Eveillard
Coach
Ja’maal truly loves interacting with clients and takes great pride in seeing you walk out feeling better than you came in. So, whether you are wanting to build strength, speed, or a great mentality, he has the knowledge and experience to assist you in achieving them all.
Ja’maal is a former collegiate football athlete at the University of West Florida and Edinboro University in Pennsylvania.
After finishing football in 2018, he focused on training student-athletes grades K–12th and received his personal training certification through (NASM).
Ja’maal also has a background in both (EMS) Training and Active Recovery Coaching. Ja’maal still holds a school 40-yard dash record of 4.43 seconds and was also awarded 1st place for powerlifting in 2014.

My mission centers around empowering clients to discover their own strength while fostering a newfound passion for an active lifestyle. Having undergone a significant weight loss journey myself, I deeply understand the challenges of transformation and am committed to being your unwavering support.

Sean Draper
Head of Athlete Performance
I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and went on to become a D1 football player at the University of Iowa, where I earned a degree in Health and Human Physiology.
Following my college years, I embarked on a journey to Japan, where I resided in Kobe, Chiba, and Tokyo for 7 years. During my time there, I won numerous awards as a Defensive back and returner on special teams in the Japanese XLeague. Alongside my athletic endeavors, I also took on coaching roles at esteemed institutions such as Kyoto University, Kobe University, Mino Jiyu Gakuen, and many more.
Now back in the United States, my focus is on continuing to lead by example and assisting others in their pursuit of a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
Jason Zenga
Coach
Jason Zenga is a coach/trainer with 15 years of experience. His coaching career began in college with a strength and conditioning internship and working with the UMass basketball team. After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts in 2011 he moved to Los Angeles.
Jason’s mission statement is “Never let your body out train your mind”, believing that you have to understand movement in order to compete at your best. His curious nature has grown into a passion for learning that he combines with his past athletic and coaching experiences to teach his athletes movement. Jason is a master of breaking down complex movement into the simpler parts when working with people.
In his free time Jason practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys playing pickup basketball at the beautiful beach courts scattered around Venice, Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey. When he’s not moving or playing Jason trains his two dogs Rosie and Brady.
Cruz Cueva

Cruz is a dedicated personal trainer specializing in functional strength training and powerlifting, with a strong focus on mobility, stability, and injury prevention. With a lifelong background in sports, Cruz is passionate about enhancing athletic performance and explosiveness in his clients.
Emmerson Hayes
Administrative Assistant
Emme has a passion for sports and fitness. She has played ice hockey for the last 18 years, including in college. She recently graduated from college with a psychology and sport management double major. She is pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology while staying connected to sports and fitness.
Emme enjoys learning about how the mind connects with the body and how fitness can create a healthy lifestyle. She likes helping run the business end of the gym and helping the trainers run seamless sessions. Her favorite thing about her work is getting to know the people in the gym community and seeing individuals reach their goals.
Grant Trueman
Coach
A former Division 1 football player at Eastern Michigan University, Grant has found a deep passion in coaching and helping others unlock their full potential in not only fitness, but all aspects of life. He prides himself on elite coaching while pushing his clients to be their best. His extensive sports background has allowed him to work with some of the best athletes and coaches in the world who have shaped him into the person/trainer he is today.
Sam Street
Coach
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Sam grew up immersed in a training environment, inspired by his mom, a personal trainer during the ’90s fitness boom who later became a CrossFit coach. Sam himself competed in CrossFit throughout high school and was a multi-sport athlete, participating in swimming, cross country, lacrosse, and water polo.
A University of Georgia graduate, Sam competed on the club swim team all four years, fueling his passion for strength training and endurance sports. He is dedicated to pushing clients beyond the limits they believe possible, combining discipline with motivation to help people achieve lasting results.
Outside of fitness, Sam teaches acting and guitar lessons, enjoys movies, surfing, skiing, and practices Muay Thai in his free time — bringing a creative and adventurous spirit to all aspects of life and training.

Jordan Kerner
Coach
Jordan is a strength coach with over 13 years of experience in strength and conditioning, sports performance, and group fitness. She has worked with clients of all ages and ability levels, from beginners learning the basics to competitive athletes looking to improve performance.
Growing up playing soccer helped shape Jordan’s passion for athletic development and movement. That passion continues today through ongoing training in weight lifting and mixed martial arts, bringing a well-rounded and functional approach to coaching.
Jordan focuses on building strength through proper movement mechanics, progressive programming, and injury prevention. Her goal is to help clients move better, get stronger, and build confidence in the gym, while creating training programs that support long-term progress and sustainability. She specializes in strength and conditioning, sports performance, injury prevention, and functional training.
