  • Monday: 6a, 7a, 6pm
    – Made in //60 – Core + Hitt + Running 
  • Tuesday: 6a, 7a, 9am and 6pm
    – Strength + Sweat – Deadlifts + Full Body Strength
  • Wednesday: 6a, 7a, 6pm
    – Sweat Density + Mobility – Strength Endurance + Full Body Mobility   
  • Thursday: 6a, 7a, 9am and 6pm
    – Strength + Sweat – Squats + Full Body Strength 
  • Friday: 6a, 7a, 5pm
    – Strength + Sweat – Bench + Barbell Strength and Conditioning 
  • Saturday: 8 am
    – Sweat Circuits (Hitt)
